By accessing and placing an order with Urban Farmers ("we", "us", "our") at urbanfarmersstore.com, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All products listed on our website are fresh produce grown hydroponically in Mumbai. Product availability may vary based on seasonal harvests. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with a product of equal or greater value.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be placed before the cutoff time to qualify for the next delivery slot (Tuesday 5 PM for Wednesday delivery, Friday 5 PM for Saturday delivery).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is collected at the time of order via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Delivery

• Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays, 2–5 PM.
• Delivery is currently available within select areas of Mumbai. Please verify your pincode before ordering.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule.

4. Quality Guarantee

All produce is harvested fresh and delivered within 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Urban Farmers and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Urban Farmers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
