Urban Farmers delivers fresh, hydroponically grown produce directly from our farm to your door in Mumbai. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Delivery Days & Times

• Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Delivery window: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
• We will notify you via WhatsApp or phone before arriving.

Order Cutoff Times

• Wednesday delivery: Place your order by Tuesday 5:00 PM
• Saturday delivery: Place your order by Friday 5:00 PM
• Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available slot.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to select areas within Mumbai, Maharashtra. To confirm if we deliver to your pincode, please WhatsApp us at +91 93269 73387 before placing an order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Delivery may be complimentary for orders above a minimum order value.

Freshness Guarantee

All produce is harvested on the morning of your delivery day and delivered within hours of harvest. We do not pre-pack or store produce overnight to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.

Failed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery person will attempt to call/WhatsApp you.
• If the delivery cannot be completed, we will arrange re-delivery at the next available slot or issue a refund as per our refund policy.
