Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Urban Farmers, we take pride in the quality of our fresh produce. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Order Cancellations
- Before cutoff time: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before the delivery slot cutoff (Tuesday 5 PM for Wednesday delivery, Friday 5 PM for Saturday delivery).
- After cutoff time: Once produce has been harvested for your order, cancellations are not possible as the fresh produce cannot be resold.

Refunds for Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our produce. If you receive:
- Damaged or bruised produce
- Incorrect items
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the affected product. We will offer either:
- A replacement in your next delivery slot, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) used at checkout.
- Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after the cutoff time
- Quality complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
